"I cannot say enough good things about this flooring company! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, punctual, and incredibly courteous. They showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and treated my home with respect. The install team was so kind and updated me through the day, and checked to make sure I liked the way certain details were progressing! Their attention to detail was outstanding, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. They kept the work area clean, were thorough in every aspect of the job, and made sure everything was completed to perfection. It's rare to find a company that combines excellent craftsmanship with such great customer service. I couldn't have asked for a better team and will absolutely continue to use them for future projects. Highly recommend!"

"We had an outstanding experience with Inka Flooring LLC. From the very beginning, Eli took the time to truly listen to what we were looking for and guided us thoughtfully through the entire selection process. She didn't just try to sell us a product, she made sure we understood our options and helped us make the best decision for the outcome we wanted. What stood out the most was the amount of time and care she put into educating us. She walked us through every detail, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident in our choice before moving forward. That level of patience, expertise, and genuine care is rare. We are incredibly grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend Inka Flooring LLC to anyone looking for not only quality products, but also exceptional service."
